ARTWORK PROOFING
Show Me A Sign! offers a complimentary eProof and FREE artwork file adjustments to fix size, bleed or poorly rasterized images... we do this as courtesy at no extra charge. We want your experience with us to be exceptional. Because we want you to tell your friends and co-workers about us! The customer is responsible for grammatical correctness and we recommend that you have someone proof read your artwork before you give final approval.

STANDARD 24 HOUR TURN AROUND
Banner Stands ship within 24 hours at no extra charge!!! But that offer is limited to four Ultra_banner stands per day per customer. All orders of four (4) Ultra banner products or less can be shipped within 24 Hours of Final Approved Artwork confirmation at no extra charge upon your request. Orders of 5 or more Ultra banner products will require additional production time.

Approved Files, Invoicing and Payment.
Once the final artwork is approved, we will schedule your job for production, calculate the shipping costs and issue an invoice. Invoices are emailed to you. All invoices must be paid in full prior to product shipment. On-Line payments through secure Quickbooks servers are provided. Payments terms are not given to first time customers - so please don’t ask.

Standard Shipping Charges
We charge a standard $15.00 fee for each Ultra Banner stand you order. This fee includes all shipping, handling, insurance and FedEx Ground shipping charges within the Continental US. All customers receive FedEx tracking information via email when products ship. If you need expedited services such as Next Day, Two Day or 3 Day service then the standard charge is waived and you pay the expedited shipping charge that you have chosen.

HARDWARE: Ultra Banner Limited Lifetime Warranty Information
Show Me A Sign!, a division of JBDA, Inc ("Joel Bennett Design Associates") warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product as follows:

Ultra banner_One, Ultra banner_Pro, Ultra banner_Duo, Ultra banner_Wide hardware components including stand, base, spring loaded retractor, top grip rails and poles.

Show Me A Sign! will supply, at its option, comparable new and and like new rebuilt replacements for defective parts. Should Show Me A Sign! be unable to replace or repair the product, Show Me A Sign! will reimburse you for your original purchase price providing you can submit the dated bill of sale as evidence of the original purchase price along with the defective product.

To obtain warranty service during the warranty period you must call the Show Me A Sign! returns department at 336-327-1186.

To keep this warranty in effect, the purchaser must have handled and used the product as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this Warranty.

This Warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. This warranty is valid only if the product is used as intended as an indoor banner display.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. IN NO EVENT SHALL Show Me A Sign! BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. GRAPHICS: 1-Year Graphics Replacement Warranty Information
Show Me A Sign!, a division of JBDA, Inc ("Joel Bennett Design Associates") warrants this PRODUCT against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the original date of purchase. Show Me A Sign!, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty in the event of fading, peeling, cracking, bleeding and running.

Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the date of purchase. You will need it for any warranty service.

In order to keep this warranty in effect, the product must have been handled and used as prescribed in the instructions accompanying this warranty. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

Repair or replacement, as provided under this warranty, is your exclusive remedy. Show Me A Sign! shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose on this product are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
